The Rockland County Independent Living Center's Cyber Cafe features adaptive computer equipment for county residents with disabilities.  It has specially modified computer stations with voice-activated software, screens that can magnify words and images, Braille keyboards and a program that speaks the words on the screen, and an American Sign Language dictionary on its computers.  The Cyber Cafe also provides a social atmosphere, which allows people time to chit-chat, have fun and interact with each other.  Free.  Nanuet Mall, 2nd floor, Route 59, Nanuet, 624-1366 or 624-0847 (TTY).
